Hello everyone.

Hello all,
I am Julie. C from My knit Sew Craft Corner I am happy to be here and look forward to new friendships and sharing our love of gift making. I have to say I am late with the introduction as I think I lost my link to be able to log in as a member on this blog and dear Evalina sent me another.
I am here now and I am also pleased my first parcel arrived safely.

Well a little about me I am a mother with 2 grown children and I have one Granddaugher  I Love knittting, crochet, cross stitch, embroidery, and a little patchwork(beginner) I have been knitting for over 40+ years now and taught myself to crochet in the last 2 years. I like to cross stitch and I embroider more at the moment I have always liked Jane Greenoff patterns and Lesley Teare, I adore the designs from The Little Stitcher and The Primitive Hare.
I have made a few of my own cross stitch motifs and I like to combine these with my knitting or crochet and make them into pin cushions or pin keeps. But that is enough of me now I am rambling on.
 Enjoy your week everyone.

Thank you Heather

I had a lovely surprise when I opened the door to the postman on Tuesday, there was something there for me and it wasn't a bill. When I opened the envelope and saw that it was a RAK from Heather I was even more surprised so thank you Heather for making my day it was really kind of you.

Heather's gift was a LHN threadpack Blueberries and a CCN Morning Song as well as some needles, so thank you once again Heather I can't wait to get started.

Hi everyone!

Hi everyone, my name is Lynn, some of you will know me from my blog Happiness Is Cross Stitching,
I am so glad to be here and looking forward to sending a surprise or two out to an unsuspecting member.

I have been cross stitching for over 25 years now and I just love it, I don't think there is ever a day goes by where I do not have needle and thread in hand.

I know quite a few of you from reading blogs, however I must admit I am very lazy at commenting so I like to give back to readers by doing giveaways occasionally and I also thought it would be nice to do a RAK or two, (or three or four!)  for someone on this blog.

My latest finish is this gorgeous design that I stitched for my sister many years ago and only just got around to stitching it for myself, the pattern will be vintage now and I know it is out of print but I never tired of looking at it on my sisters wall,  I can't believe it was in the 90's when I first stitched this.

I love Little House Needlework, Country Cottage Needleworks, Mirabillia and Sue Hillis Designs, Victoria Sampler and The Sweetheart Tree. My favourite colour is pink and I also love pastel shades of lilac, green and blue but I also love bright colours too, particularly in kitchen designs like the one below.

Better get my thinking cap on for a RAK, hopefully I will have the time to send one out soon!

LindaLee's New Blog

Just wanted to let ya'll know that I couldn't get into my "nearly" four year old blog, "Cross'N My Stitches".  I tried a number of things and then finally, abandoned it.  My biggest regret is that I had so many dear friends and followers, and I hated letting them down.  I'm hoping that they will all find me and join my new blog site.  My new one is, "Love'N My Stitches" and can be found at
http://lovenmystitches.blogspot.com/.  Please come and join me.

I am getting some things together and once I have a pretty box all full, I'll be drawing another name to send it out to.  I know I haven't been here long, but I do love you ladies and enjoy making someone's day.

Want to see some spring? You know how I love colors.  I really do believe that if you love colors, you can feel them! A picture to leave you with.

Until next time, be safe and well and don't forget to "Feel the colors".

Hello everyone

Hello everyone and thank you Evalina for allowing me to join your blog.  I recently had a giveaway on my blog Justine's Cross Stitch and enjoyed putting the prize together very much.  I was pleased to come across this group and am looking forward to sending out some RAKs soon!

I've been stitching since I was 16 (I'm 42 now) but only discovered blogs last year.  I really enjoy having other stitchers who "get it" to share with, and love being inspired by what everyone else is working on.  I think this is a lovely idea and a great way of spreading happiness!

I think I "know" quite a few of you through blogging, and look forward to making new blogging friends.

Justine

RAKs Are Ready To Go...

My first  RAKs for 2014 are ready for mailing and will be on way to two unsuspecting members  I hope you enjoy receiving them as much as I enjoyed putting it all together.

I'm not going to post a photo of everything but here's a little peek at some of the things I have put together. A little stitching does go a long way.
