Now I feel a bit cheeky but I wonder if I can some of you to do another RAK.  Not for me but for a little girl called Ellie.  Ellie has NFI which causes tumours.  At the moment she is halfway through 18 months of chemotherapy to shrink a tumour in her brain.  Ellie is asking people to send her get well cards.  Thats all.  Just a card.

Stitching Two Rak's!!

Group Update *Important*

Hi Everyone!

I'm overwhelmed at the amount of RAK's that are already being sent and we've just started!  I wasn't expecting quite so much "traffic" and have been swamped with address requests the past few days :)

I'm hoping that it would be OK for me to send all the members a document with every one's address so we will all have the addresses for our use when needed?

Can every member please email me at apxstitchatgmaildotcom to let me know if they are a yes or no to me sharing their addresses with other members asap I would appreciate it :)  I think this might be the easiest way around the issue since I'm trying to cut back on my computer time not increase it.  I want to spend more time stitching :)  I'm sure you understand, LOL!

June's lovely first stitched RAK arrived at my home this morning!  I absolutely love it June, thank you again for sending it to me :)  It's absolutely gorgeous and I will treasure it!

I can't believe that I received another RAK, out of the blue.  Grace, thank you so very much for the gift you mailed to me, I am truly speechless by this wonderful group that Angela has put together for us.

Today I received a Shepherds bush pattern, charms and a card with counting pins attached.

RAK from Jodi

I was so lucky to find these goodies in my mailbox today from Jodi.  This is my first time ever being RAK'd, so it was extra special!  Jodi sent me Bent Creek's Neighborhood Row, a Valentine themed fat quarter and ribbon.  Also going with the Valentine theme were a mini-notepad, candy, and my favorite, a "Made with Love" heart-shaped charm.  Thank you so much, Jodi!!!

Hi everyone,

My name is Fiona and I live in the northwest highlands of Scotland.  I enjoy stitching a wide variety of designs.  Some of my favourites are Blackbird Designs and Mirabilia.  I have just recently started my first HAED called Footprints and I have Scarlet Letter's Janet Burnet Samplet waiting in the wings.  This will be a lot of fun and I am looking forward to sending out my first RAK in the next couple of weeks.

1st RAK sent!

I have recieved an RAK from Lynda: a chart which was very unexpected...and I have sent my first RAK.  Whilst I would love to send something handmade with every RAK, being in Ireland means I would have to buy from someone's wishlist from the USA, have it sent to me and then send it back, usually to the USA lol, so if I go the wishlist way, I will have things sent straight from the retailer.  I hope that is ok xxxxxx
